The 76 SMXG (Software Maintenance Group) at Tinker Air Force Base located in Oklahoma City, OK is hiring talented Computer Scientists, Computer Engineers, and Electrical Engineers to fill our civilian S&E positions. As part of the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC‐ALC), Tinker is only minutes from the city life in downtown Oklahoma City, the college‐towns of Norman and Edmond, and the wide open spaces of smaller rural communities. 
The 76 SMXG is the largest electrical/computer engineering and computer scientist employer at Tinker AFB.  We are home to over 1000 personnel who provide expert hardware, software, cybersecurity, and engineering support for the B‐1, B‐2, B‐52, E‐3 aircraft and more.  One of our new and exciting areas of development will be for the new KC‐46 Tanker!  Our teams consist of multiple squadrons with differing areas of technical focus such as Engine Testing, Trainers & Simulation Software, Avionics Testing Development, Mission Planning, Systems Development, Industrial Automation, and Lab Simulation/Systems Integration Labs.
