Giving back to the community is a vital part of the IDology culture. Because of this, we have integrated philanthropy into our core business model. This includes levering IDology’s people, technology and resources to help improve communities both locally and around the world. Our goal is to promote a culture of caring and help our employees give back in meaningful ways. On top of company-wide philanthropic events and initiatives, IDology employees are entitled to paid time-off for volunteer projects of their choice. Employee Engagement

At IDology, we strive to maintain an engaged workforce. One way we accomplish this is by holding weekly “Sync Ups” where employees share successes and obstacles they encountered during the week. These meetings serve as a forum to obtain assistance from others as well as keep up with current events. Additionally, the IDology Social Committee, which consists of representative employees from each department, arrange a variety of company outings throughout the year. Other company sponsored events have included the annual company holiday party, an ugly sweater/chili and cookie cook off, a Thanksgiving potluck, the Halloween costume contest and desk-to-desk trick or treating for kids, and more.
