Working Hours and Vacation:

37.5 hour work week, 18-23 days of paid time off after one year.  All of our entry-level roles are salaried, but overtime is available.

Office Locations:

Vanguard is a global company with offices worldwide. We are headquartered in Malvern, PA. Our other domestic locations include Scottsdale, AZ and Charlotte, NC.  Currently, most of our open entry-level opportunities are at the Scottsdale office.

Training:

Vanguard offers numerous job skill and professional development courses from our award winning Vanguard University.  The amount and depth of training varies by role and department.

Career Track and Advancement:

The great thing about Vanguard is that there is no one career track! Many crew begin in phone or processing roles, then progress into leadership, project management, or specialized roles.

Tuition Reimbursement and Student Loan Repayment Assistance

Full-time crew may be reimbursed for tuition and book costs of eligible graduate and undergraduate courses at accredited institutions for job related degree or course work.  Student loan repayment assistance is available to crewmembers as well.
