About

Operation Spay Bay is a high-quality, high-volume 501(c)(3) non-profit Spay/Neuter/Vaccine Clinic located in Panama City, FL. We are part of the ASPCA Spay/Neuter Alliance and adhere to their nationally recognized standards of care. The clinic is part of a large network of shelters and rescues within about a 50-mile radius of our location that work together with the shared goal of reducing pet/stray overpopulation and making animal care affordable to owners at all income levels.  

We pride ourselves on not only providing the best care to our community, but also on being a very close-knit staff and operating at a professional level while having fun and viewing each other as family.
