Residency Special Features: This position is for practitioners who desire to advance their knowledge and skills in general clinical pharmacotherapy. The program is flexible and focuses on the goals of the resident but is intended to provide clinical, research, and teaching experience. Required rotations include critical care, drug information, infectious diseases, internal medicine, pediatrics, and practice management. There are numerous elective rotation opportunities in the areas listed above along with ambulatory care, academia, advanced heart failure, hematology/oncology, informatics, and solid organ transplantation.

Candidates wishing to learn more about the NYPH Residency Programs may attend one of our information sessions. During these sessions, the Residency Program Directors will provide an overview of each program. There will be opportunities for participants to ask questions and engage in discussions with preceptors and residents on a variety of topics such as rotation options, longitudinal experiences, and insight to life as an NYPH resident.
