LindenGrove, a not-for-profit provider of health care and senior residential services in Southeastern Wisconsin, is committed to the continual enhancement of the quality of care and the quality of life of the persons it serves. LindenGrove is dedicated to developing and offering a range of high quality service in a professional, ethical, and financially responsible manner. LindenGrove strives to be the caregiver and employer of choice by creating a caring environment that is responsive and supportive for clients, their families, employees, and volunteers.
LindenGrove is a local, nonprofit healthcare organization with four campuses throughout Waukesha County offering skilled nursing facilities/nursing homes, assisted living apartments, memory care homes and short-term rehabilitation on the campuses of LindenGrove in Menomonee Falls, Mukwonago, New Berlin, and Waukesha. LindenGrove is known in the community and within the healthcare provider network for the delivery of high quality care for those in need of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation following a surgery, acute illness, injury or stroke.
Approximately 1,000 employees work for LindenGrove nursing facilities to provide quality care and a quality environment for short-term patients and long-term residents and we create a home enviornment. Our culture is team-oriented as we work together to serve the residents and patients. Staff members come to LindenGrove with a wealth of experience or fresh out of school with a firm foundation. We are committed to in-service training and staff development. The eight-person executive team staff has a combined total of more than 125 years of dedicated service on behalf of LindenGrove.
