Yalgo, LLC is the in-house engineering firm for the WBW Development family of companies.  Currently located in Killeen and Georgetown, Texas, we expect to relocate to a brand new facility in downtown Georgetown in the second half of 2020.

Our Family of Companies

WBW Development is a family-owned land development business founded by a civil engineer more than twenty-five years ago, WBW Development has grown to a team of over thirty talented individuals with experience in all aspects of the land development process.  We have the self-sufficiency to purchase land, plat it, produce engineering and construction drawings, perform the construction activities, and sell the finished product using our in-house employees and equipment, all while maintaining zero debt.

We perform both commercial and residential development in numerous markets across central Texas, and we are growing rapidly.  The WBW Development family is functionally separated into three companies:

• Yalgo – Yalgo is our engineering company and is responsible for the design and survey work.
• WBW Construction – WBW Construction is our construction company and has crews and equipment in the field building site infrastructure such as roads, water distribution networks, sanitary sewer networks, and drainage systems.
• WBW Development – WBW Development is our development company which manages and finances the entire development process.

Our main competitive advantage is that we offer something to our customers that other companies cannot offer – incredible efficiency.  Our unique company structure and methodology allows us to produce residential lots for less cost than other companies.  We top that off by financing the lots in-house, saving the customer time and paperwork.  As a result, we count several top national home builders among our best customers.
