PSU's College of Urban and Public Affairs (CUPA) is where your commitment to public service and pragmatic approach to career advancement intersect. CUPA’s graduate programs prepare students to make a practical impact and advocate for positive change in their communities – and beyond. CUPA houses three different schools that respectively focus on governance, urban studies and planning and community health. In addition to graduate degrees, we have 18 research centers and institutes ranging from women’s leadership and public service, to international studies and economics.
