The Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine at New Mexico State University is dedicated to improving the health of the Southwestern United States and its border with Northern Mexico through culturally respectful undergraduate, graduate and continuing osteopathic medical education, research and its support of clinical service to the community.
The Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine is the only medical college in the United States with a mission focused on healthcare in the Southwestern United States and its border with Northern Mexico. Incorporated in 2013, the College utilizes the latest technologies and learning methods to ensure student success in the classroom and future professional practice. The Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine is committed to impacting workforce needs and access to quality medical services in the region.
