For more than 30 years, the sharpest and most dedicated students have chosen to start their careers with us as co-ops and interns. We believe in the value of hard work and the opportunity to earn increasing responsibility. Our co-ops and interns contribute in meaningful ways, gaining hands-on experience during their terms, and it pays: Most of them join our team full-time after graduation. Throughout our divisions, students work side by side with project managers, superintendents, and preconstruction managers in project management, field engineering, or preconstruction, respectively. Come to work for us and you’ll join a family that will make you and your career development a top priority.
Talk to your school’s cooperative education office, career services center, or department advisor to find out when a Brasfield & Gorrie representative will visit your campus. Whether you co-op or intern with Brasfield & Gorrie, you will find challenge and opportunity within our company.
Cooperative Education Program
Co-op students at Brasfield & Gorrie typically work three alternating semesters and are exposed to preconstruction, project management, and the field. During their terms with us, co-op students are registered with the school and are typically earning a co-op diploma. Their grades are monitored by their schools during the co-op periods, and they must have evaluation forms completed regularly. Register with your school’s cooperative education office to express interest or to sign up for co-op interviews.
Internships
We hire interns every semester, with the largest number of interns working in the summer. These opportunities offer you the chance to attend school while gaining relevant, hands-on experience.
