The UW Bothell School of Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics (STEM) offers three graduate degrees and two graduate certificates:
- Master of Science in Computer Science & Software Engineering
- Master of Science in Cyber Security Engineering

- Graduate Certificate in Software Design & Development
- Graduate Certificate in Electrical Engineering Foundation
