If so, the Norandex Sales Representative Development Program is for you!

This program is an exciting opportunity to gain real world experience and training. Our 3-month comprehensive training program prepares you for an outside Sales Representative role by giving you the confidence and competence to succeed. The sales training program includes a combination of structured classroom and online learning, mentoring, and on-the-job training focused on building an understanding of our company, sales process and business challenges. 

Benefits include a company car, cell phone, laptop and iPad. Base salary plus commission pay structure. Medical, dental, pharmacy, vision, life insurance, 401k with company match and more. Upon completion of the program you will be promoted to a Sales Representative, servicing your own territory.

Once placed as a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting sales goals, cultivating new accounts within your territory and partnering with your customer base. Particular emphasis will be placed on territory management, trade margin and a systemized sales approach which drives consistent profitability and growth.
