Seton Hall’s School of Diplomacy and International Relations’ diverse student cohort leverages a collaborative and dynamic professional platform that includes 1-on-1 faculty mentorship, customizable programs via 13 specializations, career workshops, international diplomatic seminars, discussions with global leaders on campus, at the U.N. Headquarters in New York, and in Washington, D.C. Programs are available part-time or full-time; online and on-campus at our New Jersey campus just 14 miles from NYC. The School is a strategic partner of UNA-USA and an affiliate member of the Association of Professional Schools of International Affairs.
The School's dedicated Directors of Internships and Professional Development facilitate professional support toward internships and employment post graduation. Students are given unique opportunities to practice diplomacy and are encouraged to:

- Discuss critical global concerns with world leaders
- Complete professional internships, locally, or overseas
- Apply classroom knowledge to real world situations

The School of Diplomacy embraces Seton Hall's longstanding tradition of a values-based education and dedication to developing servant leaders for a global society. - M.A., Diplomacy and International Relations (featuring 13 Specializations) - At the School of Diplomacy, students evolve from consumers of information to producers of knowledge - immediately ready to contribute to a variety of fields.
- Executive M.S., International Affairs (On-campus) - Professionals with five to seven years of work experience can complete their master’s degree in an accelerated, ten course sequence.
- Online Executive M.S., International Affairs (Online) - Professionals with five to seven years of work experience can complete their master’s degree in a fully online, accelerated, ten course sequence.
- Online Executive M.S., International Affairs and Diplomatic Practice - Developed in partnership with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), this program provides students with the academic foundation in international affairs from School of Diplomacy courses and practical skills-based learning from UNITAR modules.
