Gunn Junior High is in central Arlington and during the 2021-2022 school year, will serve 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students.  We have a rich history of success and a strong school culture based on family, hard work, and innovation.  for the 21-22 school year, we are excited to welcome 6th graders to our campus and add the AISD Fine Arts and Dual Language program at the middle school level.  Students in the program are becoming bilingual and biliterate in English and Spanish.  They have access to other languages as well as a first rate fine arts program including Band, Theatre, Choir, Orchestra, Dance, and Piano.

We are looking for people who are committed, hardworking, creative, and collaborative.  We are looking for educators who are passionate about creating relationships with kids and creating innovative learning opportunities.

• Band Director
• Assistant Orchestra Director
• Piano Teacher
• Dual Language Instruction Coach
• 6th Grade Math (taught in Spanish)
• 6th Grade Science (taught in Spanish
• JouST - (This is an innovative course for Journalism, Study Skills, and Technology education taught in Spanish.)
• Social Studies / Athletic Coaching
• Science / Coaching
