Moleaer (Latin for tiny air) is the first company to develop industrial scale nanobubble systems, resulting in a radical change in the economics of treating wastewaters, growing crops, separating metals, and oil recovery. Nanobubbles do not have buoyancy and exhibit a strong surface charge. This combination allows them to stay suspended in water for long periods of time enabling an extremely high rate of gas transfer. Moleaer’s XTB Nanobubble Generators can reduce energy consumption, improve water quality and eliminate maintenance expenses across a wide range of applications from wastewater treatment (40 to 80% reduction in energy) to crop production (demonstrated 25 to 50% increase in yields)
We are looking for an energetic, curious, and driven engineering leader with domain expertise in DAF and or aeration, to drive support Company’s sales efforts across various wastewater applications. You will work closely with every member of the team including executive management. You will have a voice and be responsible for delivering work that you are proud of and solves customer problems.
Essential Functions
- Determine technical benefits and define technical value proposition of Nanobubbles and / or Moleaer’s systems advantages within the Company’s initial target applications by:
Identifying critical questions that need answered
Designing appropriate experiments
Implementing measurable data collection method
Reviewing and interpreting data to Senior Management
- Develop materials / program / tools to train Sales People and Rep Partners on advantages of Moleaer system within a specific application
- Draft White Paper for Conference and Trade Journals and present results at relevant industry trade shows
- Conduct Field Pilots, where and when appropriate, to enhance Company’s understanding of Moleaer’s value proposition for specific applications and customers
- Support Chief Commercial Officer, and other functions when appropriate, in identifying new applications and market opportunities for Moleaer and its Nanobubble Generators
- Provide appropriate direction to Product Development teams for new product introductions and product improvements and specifications to Product Development based on customer experiences and market needs
- Support Company’s Field Service team with troubleshooting and customer issues
- Support Company’s Sales team with customer “lunch and learns” and other customer technical trainings
- Support Sales team with preparing any technical / commercial proposal
- Provide technical mentorship and training to Technical Service team and Sales team in respect to use of Moleaer Nanobubble Generators in existing or known applications
- Develop innovative or optimize designs of treatment systems to take advantage of Moleaer Nanobubble Generators
- Travel 20%+ of the time
Education / Training / Experience
Required:
- Engineering degree
- Five (5) years of work experience in DAF, biological systems, aeration, oxidation or similar fields
- Superior writing and spoken communication skills (English)
Desired:
- Direct experience working for an equipment manufacturing company
- Work experience involving travel, communication with other company departments, and direct customer communications
