PGY-1 RESIDENCY DESCRIPTION

Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital’s Pharmacy Practice Residency is a 12-month program offering an opportunity to train in a pharmacy practice model consistent with the Best Practice model advocated by ASHP.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS 

Interested applicants should be eligible for licensure in the state of Tennessee. All application materials should be submitted via PhORCAS by December 31.

  • Curriculum vitae

  • An official transcript from an ACPE-Accredited Doctor of Pharmacy Program or an ACPE-Accredited Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Program

  • Three letters of recommendation
