For your internship experience, you’ll get an opportunity to work on mission critical projects at a business unit somewhere in the U.S., learn from and be mentored by top professionals in their field, and get exposure to a variety of experiences. At the end of the summer, you have the opportunity to meet IDEX leaders to share the impact you made. Successful participants may be invited back as a member of the full-time rotational cohort for two one-year rotations at different business units across North America for continued opportunities to learn, grow, and accelerate your career.
