The Auburn campus is the heart of a vibrant and growing downtown with shopping, restaurants — ranging from fine dining and international cuisine to pizza and BBQ, and nightclubs featuring dancing and live music. The surrounding area offers world class golf, hiking, and mountain biking. Atlanta, Birmingham, and the Gulf Coast beaches are only a few hours away.

Auburn Family is more than a catchphrase. It’s a very real connection with the community, your peers, and your advisors. Whether tailgating before a football game, or bonding with the other members of your research group over a coffee after your presentations, your time at Auburn will form experiences and relationships that will shape the course of your life.
