The IU Doctor of Physical Therapy degree program is nationally recognized with graduates receiving an average 97% first-time pass rate on the PT Board Exam - far exceeding the national average of 88%. IU DPT students are exposed to a dynamic curriculum that includes integrated clinical education, mentoring programs, and hands-on experience in the IU Student Outreach Clinic (an interdisciplinary group that provides pro bono health services to under-served populations of Indianapolis). It is a 35 month program consisting of 106 credit hours of graduate professional coursework presented in a full time day format.
Our program begins in August yearly, and we accept a class of 38 - 40 students for each cohort. Information about our curriculum is here: http://shrs.iupui.edu/physical_therapy/degrees/dpt.html.
