SPRINTURF, founded in the early 90s and acquired by Integrated Turf Solutions (ITS) in 2010, is the first fully integrated polyethylene turf company in North America to offer a full range of artificial turf products. SPRINTURF has more than 1,000 turf installations in leading sports programs, colleges, universities and professional athletic teams across North America and abroad. Its high-performing, dual-yarn systems are manufactured in the USA at SPRINTURF facilities in Alabama and Georgia. SPRINTURF is the only company in North America that extrudes 100% of its fibers in-house and in the USA.
SPRINTURF leads the market in manufacturing and product innovation from its two stateside facilities. In the Dadeville, Alabama facility, machines extrude the full range of polyethylene, polypropylene and nylon yarns, which also include multi-shape and dual-color spinneret monofilament yarns, and the exclusive range of mono-tape fibers. The Chatsworth, Georgia manufacturing plant houses the tufting, urethane coating, and “Easy-Bac” operations for SPRINTURF.
SPRINTURF leads the industry with its trusted Ultrablade, a parallel long slit fiber system, while its dual fiber Ultrablade MM and DFE Systems are proven artificial turf system favorites in leading high school and collegiate sports programs throughout the country. The Ultrablade MX features a 260 micron elliptical shaped monofilament fiber that provides exceptional durability and a natural grass look.
