Who is Lalor Family Dental?

Lalor Family Dental is a full-service, state-of-the-art dental practice that has been providing exceptional dental care in the Greater Binghamton area for over 50 years.  Dr. Bob Lalor and his team of dentists offer the latest dental technologies in general, preventative, restorative, cosmetic, and sedation dentistry.  With extended office hours, Saturday appointment availability, and multiple dental services under one roof, we are a staff-driven, patient-centered practice that strives to make dental care as convenient and painless as possible for all of our patients.

We have two General Dentistry Practice locations- with a third expected to open by the end of the year- and one Pediatric Dental Practice location.  While many dental providers offer general and cosmetic dentistry, we pride ourselves on providing both quality dentistry AND exceptional customer service.

What do we do differently from other dental offices?

We're not your typical dental office!  We like to think we go above and beyond the usual dental office when it comes to caring for both patients and team members.

Some Unique Things We Do For Our Patients:

• Annual Free Dental Care Day: choice of one complimentary cleaning, filling, or extraction to at least 200 patients in need.
• Annual Patient Appreciation Movie Night: over 2,000 patients are treated to a night out at the movies complete with a current new release movie, popcorn, and a beverage.
• Annual 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway: Each December we spend the last 12 business days before the Christmas holiday giving away a variety of exciting prizes to patients from Kindles to TVs to iRobot vacuums and more!
• Annual Patient Scholarship Program:give away up to ten $1,000 yearly college scholarships to patients or their dependents pursing a health related field.
• Healthy Habits Contest: Patients who schedule their next cleaning appointment during their current office visit are entered into a raffle for that month's giveaway!

Some Unique Things We Do For Our Team Members:

• Annual Employee Scholarship Program: give away up to five $0,000 yearly college scholarships to employees or their dependents pursing a health related field.
• Annual Staff Olympics: Following our January Staff Dental Day, we enjoy a fun team building activity where our team members are divided into teams and compete in a variety of events requiring brains, brawn, and even eating talents!
• Annual Summer Picnic: Each August team members and their families come together for a fun pool party complete with a waterslide, bounce house, food, staff trivia, and more!
  
• Annual Holiday Party: Each December we have a formal dinner and dance complete with games, giveaways, company awards, and more!
  
• Paid Professional Development and Trainings: We pride ourselves in ongoing training for our team members.  We hold quarterly paid in house trainings as well as provide a variety of opportunities for team members to attend off-site position specific trainings and professional development courses.
