Caraustar, a recycled paperboard and packaging company, is one of the world’s largest integrated manufacturers of converted recycled paperboard. The company prides itself on contributing to the preservation of the environment as a leader in providing recycled paperboard products.
100% Recycled paperboard is the foundation of Caraustar. We have three paper mills and one converting operation in Austell, GA: Austell Mill One; Austell Mill Two; Sweetwater Paperboard; and Austell Boxboard Converting. We are the only major company producing grades in all four of the industry’s principle markets:
- Tubes, cores and composite containers
- Folding carton
- Gypsum wallboard facing paper
- Other specialty paperboard products.
Our paper mills produce a broad range of 100% recycled uncoated and coated paperboard products.
