Foresight International Education Center

Founded in 1994 by Tony Wu, Foresight International Education Center has been dedicated to enabling a variety of overseas study programs for a wide range of students: from high school exchange students to college and graduate students at some of the most prestigious institutions worldwide.

Tony has actively promoted foreign exchange and study abroad programs for more than 20 years. Some of the students who have benefited from these programs have attended or are now attending well-known domestic and international schools. Tony constantly pushes to improve Foresight’s programs by bringing local and foreign teaching experiences and resources together.

Foresight I.E.C has developed trusting relationships with educational institutes around the world, including the Toronto District, Toronto Catholic District, and York Region District School Boards, and the and Singapore Education Services.
Foresight has also established programs for a more diverse education curriculum, collaborating with educational institutes from more than 16 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Australia, and Singapore, and at more than 1500 secondary schools, universities, and language institutes
worldwide.

Taking a personal approach, Foresight’s professional consultants work closely with clients to help them realize their dreams of an overseas education, while dedicated support staff handle the behind-the-scenes administrative tasks. Foresight also actively supports students through targeted preparation courses and cultural enrichment programs.

Following Tony’s vision, Foresight aims to help craft tomorrow’s culturally aware yet sensitive, global citizens while maintaining and widely promoting Taiwan’s culture.
