Vanderbilt MS Finance

The Vanderbilt MS Finance degree is your fast track to a career in finance. Our accelerated nine-month program offers a wide array of career possibilities in corporate finance, investment banking, sales and trading, asset management, real estate, consulting, investment research and more. Deutche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Raymond James, Stephens Inc. are just a few of the companies that have hired our graduates over the years.

With flexible curriculum to fit your individual goals, world-class faculty, one-on-one career coaching, leadership development, interview preparation and networking visits, you’ll be ready to successfully launch your career upon graduation. In 2015, Vanderbilt MSF grads achieved a 100% employment rate within 90 days of graduation.

The Vanderbilt MS Finance program requires degree candidates to successfully complete 33 hours of coursework. The curriculum combines a strong core of required courses with a variety of advanced MBA electives. Small MSF core classes and courses taken with MBA students maximize interaction and learning throughout the program.

Vanderbilt Master of Accountancy - Assurance

The Vanderbilt MAcc Assurance program provides talented, well-rounded college graduates with the managerial perspective, leadership skills and accounting expertise needed to launch a career as an associate with one of the leading global public accounting firms—Deloitte, EY, KPMG and PwC. We are committed to the success of our students every step of the way. Year in and year out, the percentage of MAcc Assurance students who have accepted jobs by graduation holds steady at 100%.

This accelerated 12-month program includes academic course work with world-class faculty, professional development, a paid internship and CPA exam preparation. As part of the program, graduates participate in the Becker Review course and sit for all four sections of the CPA exam. Vanderbilt MAcc students consistently achieve among the highest exam pass rates in the country.

Our program is designed to equip students from all undergraduate majors for a successful career in the field of accounting. Entering students need to have demonstrated strong academic performance in prior university studies and have strong communication, analytical and team working skills.

Vanderbilt Master of Accountancy - Valuation

Vanderbilt is leading the field with the only MAcc program that prepares grads specifically for a career in valuation services. A unique hybrid of accounting and finance, this program equips students with the expertise needed to succeed as a valuation professional with one of our Big Four partner firms—Deloitte, EY, KPMG and PwC. Since the program began, 100% of Vanderbilt MAcc Valuation students have accepted a job offer by graduation.

This is a full-time, intense, 12-month program that includes academic course work with world-class faculty, professional development, a paid internship and exam preparation for both the CFA (Level 1) and CPA exams. During the fall, MAcc Valuation students complete a Schweser prep course and sit for the Level 1 CFA exam. In the summer (after graduation), graduates participate in the Becker Review course and sit for all four sections of the CPA exam. Vanderbilt MAcc students consistently achieve among the highest exam pass rates in the country.
