OPERATIONS INTERNSHIP - Nationwide (Juniors)

The Pilot Flying J Operations Internship Program is designed for highly qualified individuals looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity. This all-encompassing, 10- week internship program, gives individuals first-hand experience into PFJs fast-paced, multi-faceted, 24-7 Retail, Restaurant, and Deli operations. Individuals selected for this program will have the opportunity to see what it takes to grow and develop into a successful leader for PFJ.

Who are we looking for?

• Sophomores and Juniors attending 4-year colleges and universities
• Positive and outgoing individuals who understand the importance of delivering unexpectedly awesome Guest service
• Self-motivated individuals looking for a career development opportunity with endless growth potential
• Ability to work a wide range of hours due to the demanding nature of our 24-7 operations
