Human Resources
The Mission of the Human Resources Team is to support the goals of the College in expanding minds and changing lives by: 1) promoting a safe and positive work environment that is characterized by fair treatment of employees, open communications, diversity, identification of development opportunities, personal accountability, trust and mutual respect; 2) Attracting and retaining quality employees; and 3) Providing effective, efficient service.
