The Office of Military and Veteran Students
We are honored to represent the military and veteran
community at Duquesne University for today’s Graduate School Education Fair. We
have assembled a team of caring professionals whose main priority is your
successful transition to, academic performance during, and eventual graduation
from Duquesne University. We are prepared to answer your questions regarding

for credit, and to match you up with an advisor who will answer your questions

our nine schools: Business, Education and Nursing.

The Duquesne University Graduate School of Education offers
over 35 doctoral, masters, and professional certification and advancement
programs. Our alumni have served the local and international community as
educators, psychologists, counselors, administrators, evaluators, and
instructional designers. We are a national leader in urban education and social
justice with national program accreditations in NCATE, CACREP, and APA.
Duquesne’s academic commitment, community, and positioning in the urban center
of Pittsburgh provide students with a rich university environment. We offer
online and campus based programs.
The Duquesne University School of Nursing was established in
1937, and from the beginning it has been building a reputation for scholarship,
innovation, and service. We established Pennsylvania’s first BSN program,
created the nation’s first online PhD in Nursing program and broke new ground
with graduate programs in emerging fields like forensic nursing. The School of Nursing is an early adopter and
innovator in online graduate nursing education. We offer 3 Master of Science in
Nursing degrees, 3 Post-Master’s Certificates, a PhD in Nursing degree and a
Doctor of Nursing (DNP) practice degree.
