VIVOLAC'S TECHNICAL POSITIONS

Vivolac Cultures Corporation is a bacterial starter culture and probiotics manufacturing facility.  We have technical staff heading up the various product lines of dairy and cheese starter cultures and probiotics blend lines who are in charge of scheduling, inventory projection and management, and general product line coordination.  In addition we have full research and development laboratories and quality control laboratories on premise.  Research and development personnel perform a broad range of duties from seed bank maintenance, new product research, product development, in house fermentation trouble shooting, and related tasks.  Quality control laboratories perform basic bacteriological analyses to insure that our products meet our strict specifications.

Vivolac Cultures Corporation has two associated businesses, Lyoferm, Inc., a marketing company for our probiotic line, and Moseley Laboratories, Inc. , an ISO 17025 compliant food testing laboratory.  Many of our staff end up working in various areas of our organization for a fulfilling, well rounded job experience.
