Founded in 1963, UWF is centered in Pensacola, with multiple locations throughout Northwest Florida.  UWF offers advanced degrees in more than 50 academic disciplines.  We have more than 3,000 students pursuing master's, specialist, and doctorate degrees as well as non-degree seeking certification programs.

Especially not money.  Nearly 50 percent of our graduate students receive some form of financial assistance.  This year alone, we've awarded $19 million in UWF graduate grants, Funding Opportunities, and loan assistance; $2.1 million in stipends; and $2 million in tuition waivers for graduate assistants.
