PetWell Partners is a veterinary hospital ownership group that currently owns and operates 35 hospitals in Texas, Arizona, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Washington, and Oklahoma.  Started in 2013, the company has grown rapidly and we are planning to continue the pace of growth.

We pride ourselves in putting animals first. With each clinic we acquire, our goal is to make as little of a splash as possible.  In short, we don’t want to change what is already working.  Each hospital retains its own name and style of practice.  Every hospital is managed directly from within the practice with  administrative and clinical leadership all supported from our home office in Houston.

For veterinarians fresh out of school, we offer a structured mentorship program or a condensed "internship" experience meant to provide a more rigorous development program. Additionally, a loan repayment-bonus program is available.
