Patriot Design & Consulting (DBA for Tolman Engineering, Architecture & Surveying, PLLC) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) providing civil, architectural, landscape architecture, surveying, environmental, municipal, and federal engineering services. We recently merged with another SDVOB; MacDonald Land Surveying and Engineering. This acquisition increases our services and nearly doubles our staff size. It also provides us with office locations in both Jamestown and Rochester, Jamestown being the primary engineering office and Rochester being the primary surveying office.
PDC is one of the most capable CVE and NYS certified SDVOB in New York State. Our wide range of local, municipal and federal projects has allowed firm staff to gain vital experience in completing and managing diverse projects. Our qualified staff is dedicated to quality and client satisfaction which has led to developing long term professional relationships and consistent repeat business with our wide range of clients.
