Stony Brook's Occupational Therapy is a recognized accredited program in a nationally acclaimed university. Consistent with the School of Health Technology and Management's Mission Statement, we, in the Occupational Therapy program provide the highest quality education that fosters inter-disciplinary research, critical thinking, evidence-based practice and leadership.
The Occupational Therapy Program at Stony Brook is a three year program and has two campus sites, Stony Brook and Stony Brook at Southampton. Each year we admit 30 students as a cohort group per campus site, for a total of 60 students admitted into our program. Upon graduation, students earn a Master's of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.
