OUR ABSN DEGREE PROGRAM IN FLORIDA

Utica College’s Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program in St. Petersburg leverages your previous academic experience—a minimum of 65 college credits required—so you can earn a nursing degree in 16 months.

The full-time program combines a blend of online and experiential learning, giving you the wherewithal to graduate a well-prepared nurse who stands out with healthcare employers.

Our three program starts per year and healthcare ties with BayCare make it possible for us to enroll a higher number of qualified students than many other accelerated nursing schools in the area.

Our accredited ABSN curriculum meets the hiring requirements of today’s healthcare employers. So, not only does Utica College give you the means to quickly transition into a nursing career, it can help you join the workforce with confidence.

You can expect to graduate from our CCNE-accredited nursing program with the knowledge and skills necessary to sit for the NCLEX exam for registered nurse licensure. In 2016, Utica College had an ABSN NCLEX-RN first-time pass rate of 94%, which exceeds the national average.
