Falls of Neuse Management LLC (FNMLLC) is an industry-leading and employee-owned company engaged in the sale and distribution of welding supplies and automotive industrial coatings.

Operations are based in multiple locations throughout the United States. FNMLLC is owned by two companies: American Welding & Gas, Inc. (AWG) and National Coatings & Supplies, Inc. (NCS). We provide management support services for both of these companies from our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC.

American Welding & Gas, INC:

AWG manufactures and distributes industrial, medical, specialty and beverage gases and associated welding and safety supplies.  We operate 72 retail locations and 13 gas fill plants located in seventeen states stretching from Montana through Georgia.  AWG has 585 employees who serve our customers in over 30 states and Canada.

We distribute our products using a fleet of over 250 trucks and trailers.  The majority of our distribution fleet is comprised of palletized cylinder delivery trucks that deliver compressed gas cylinders and other welding supplies to individual customers.  Also included in our fleet are cryogenic tankers used to deliver bulk quantities of oxygen (both medical and industrial), nitrogen, argon and carbon dioxide and tube trailers used to deliver compressed nitrogen, hydrogen and helium in bulk quantities.

The Company has a diversified customer base.  As one of the largest independent gas and welding supply distributors, AWG has the expertise, assets and sources of supply necessary to service large, bulk cryogenic gas customers as well as small one man businesses.

National Coatings & Supplies, INC.

National Coatings and Supplies (NCS) is an employee-owned Company, headquartered in Raleigh, NC, that services over 15,000 collision centers and other coatings users across the United States through 114 Stores and more than 750 employees. With a growing national footprint, NCS is equipped to handle nearly all aspects of the coatings business from industrial coatings to automotive paint as well as coatings for marine, aircraft, heavy duty transportation and the equipment and tools needed to apply them. Our knowledgeable field and store personnel bring the highest level of service and product offerings available to an ever-growing customer base.

NCS has an expansive offering of Paint, Body and Equipment (PBE) supplies making us the only choice that you will ever need. We distribute the top names in automotive paint and coatings including Axalta, BASF, PPG & Akzo Nobel along with all the top names in Allied products.

Warren Oil Company, Inc.  began in 1976 with one semi-automatic packaging line.  Warren Oil Company, Inc. owns and operates six manufacturing and packaging facilities strategically located to serve customers in the Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, Midwest, and West coast. Warren Oil Company, Inc. exports to more than 50 countries. Warren Oil Company purchased three of its five plants from Pennzoil. All of Warren's facilities are equipped to manufacture and package a diverse product slate ranging from automotive motor oils to charcoal lighter fluid.

Warren Oil Company, Inc. holds the distinction of having the largest number of American Petroleum Institute engine oil licenses and certifications. Warren Companies manufacture and package lubricants under several proprietary registered trademarks; e.g., Warren, Lubriguard, Autoguard, Itasca, Coastal, LubriGold and Saxon. Additionally, Warren manufacturers and packages automotive, truck and small engine lubricants for several large corporations.
