Lauren Shroyer
Lauren is the Vice President of Product and Innovation at the American Council on Exercise (ACE), where she leads the development of digital education for health and fitness professionals worldwide. With nearly 25 years in the industry, she brings a deep understanding of what it takes to grow and succeed as a fitness professional in an evolving landscape. While the education she oversees at ACE is grounded in evidence-based health and exercise science, Lauren has also played a leading role in advancing the use of machine learning tools within ACE’s learning environment. She is a recognized thought leader on the role of AI in fitness and has been invited to speak at multiple events on how these technologies are transforming the coaching and personal training space. Lauren holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Illinois, as well as a master’s in athletic training from Illinois State University. She is passionate about helping coaches and trainers turn online learning into real-world success—and about building tools that make that easier to achieve.
