Eloiza Tecson is an executive leader, strategic advisor, and investor dedicated to empowering individuals to cultivate healthier, sustainable lifestyles. Her extensive experience in the health, wellness, and sports sectors showcases a consistent record of driving significant growth and impact. Notably, she served as Chief Experience Officer at Lindora Wellness, spearheaded Global Operations and Strategy as a leader to the COO at Orangetheory Fitness, and held key leadership roles at Red Bull North America, ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and F45 Training.

Building on this success, Eloiza co-founded and currently leads as the President/CEO of E20, an innovative boutique wellness concept leveraging electro muscular stimulation (EMS) technologies to enhance movement and facilitate recovery. She is recognized as a pioneer in developing cutting-edge health and wellness programs, architecting organizational growth strategies, establishing operational excellence through streamlined processes, and implementing holistic client and team member experiences. Eloiza is also a sought-after speaker and consultant on health, wellness, equity, investment, and leadership.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Eloiza is a passionate advocate for physical activity and sports. She champions initiatives that raise awareness and funding for women's and youth sports programs. As a former competitive athlete with a profound understanding of the transformative power of sports, Eloiza continues to challenge her own limits by competing in demanding endurance events, including ultramarathons (50k, 100k, and 100-mile distances) and triathlon races. Her current athletic pursuits include training for the prestigious Leadville 100 ultramarathon, an IRONMAN 70.3, and a full IRONMAN 140.6.

Eloiza holds an MBA with a concentration in Business Financial Management and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership and the Global Economy. Her doctoral research centers on the critical role of Emotional Intelligence in shaping organizational culture. Her accomplishments have been recognized through prestigious accolades such as Forbes 30 Under 30, NextGen Under 30, and the Los Angeles Business Journal's Women's Leadership Awards.
